A Fork in the Road

A therapist presents the trolley problem to his patient in order to help them work through a personal issue of theirs. However, a simple question becomes convoluted when the patient begins to draw parallels between the trolley problem and a drug dealer. The therapy session cannot progress until the patient makes a choice.
